I made this mug rug as a little extra for my partner in the Doll Quilt Swap and wondered whether anyone would be interested in a little tute for piecing these kinds of waves, as a sort of build up to piecing circles next week?
I would be thrilled. My daughter graduates next June and I promised to make her a "sea of color" quilt to take to the dorms. I wasn't sure if I should approach it like a crazy quilt, or something else. This would be great!
We are always tute crazy! Even if you think you know how, someone always has a way that makes it all so much easier. Can't wait to see what you have for us! :-)
Oh yes please! That is darling.
ReplyDeleteI'm afwul at curves but these waves look less scary :) A tutorial would be great!

ReplyDeleteSure! I just wish there was a word besides "tute" we could use...always makes me think of "beans beans the musical fruit".
