This week on Instagram

This week on Instagram, I've been working on a couple of mini quilts for the Sew Hot mini quilt club which some of you may belong to.  The first uses the wonderful line Blueberry Park by Karen Lewis for Robert Kaufman and the second uses Modern Background by Zen Chic for Moda fabrics.  I've used both in a number of projects already and not got even close to getting bored with either which is unusual for me.  

 

The rest of the week was taken up more with home and family than with sewing because it was half term week here.  I had my sister and nieces to stay.  We vegged at home with the kids, watched Kung Fu Panda, played on our devices, sat in boxes and went to see One Direction.  

 

And meanwhile the cats kind of lay around in front of the fire as they like to do in the winter months.
