Normal service resumes this week as we have a Monday giveaway brought to you this week by Fabric Please! who are allowing you to choose your own prize as they are giving away a $50 gift certificate.

    Oh Boy!!! I just found Fowl Play – Dots in RED!! I would get at least 3 yards of that is for a 1940's retro dress for a photo shoot in Mid - October! I know that is quilty, but the left overs would be cut up for my scrap quilting.

    Ooooh, a charm pack of Denyse Schmidt's modern solids would work for an idea I have.... Hm! Or that Shimmer Black and Grey bundle... I love that they've got a Blenders section, too, that crosshatchey print from Reel Time looks nice, and that Rise and Shine - Tweed print looks like it'd match with a print in Lucky Strikes print I'm coveting, I most write that down...

    I'd look for baby animal prints and blenders to make a quilt for my soon-to-be 'great nephew (?)' . I'd like to make some receiving blankets and burp cloths also. Thanks for your generosity!

    I would buy some low volume fabrics because I have very few in my stash. I also like the floral fabric bottom right in the display of four fabrics in this post so I would buy some of that too.
