After a few years of doing the Fresh Sewing Day and Small Blog Meet feature on the blog, I have decided to retire the idea. I'm going to have a think about replacing it with something but for the time being, I think it needs to be left to simmer. So for all of you who are enjoying the heat today, happy 1st of July and here's a quilt I made this week for the Oakshott stand at Festival of Quilts this year. Please pop by their stand if you're visiting and say hello to the quilt. It's called Fifty Shades + Grey because it's made of 50 shades of Colourshott and two shades of grey - kits will be available at FoQ.
Well thanks for a fun run!
