Siblings Together Quilting Bee

Hi, I'm Joanne Jones from Do Not Drink and Sew.  For my month in the Siblings Together Quilting Bee, I started with one Simple Marks Fat Quarter bundle by Malka Dubrawsky for Moda (see below on the right)...

... some Picnic Pals for Clothworks Organic Fabric by Alyssa Thomas Thread from Contemporary Cloth for the backing ...

... and 11 talented sewistas from the Siblings Together Bee (plus one scher-wonky quilter and A LOT of Aurifil thread) and we made this quilt:

And I love it and want to keep it for myself.  Many, many thanks to all the Siblings Together Quilting Bee sponsors for my month, namely Contemporary Cloth for my backing fabric, Moda for the beautiful Simple Marks collection and Lady Sew & Sew for the wadding. I thoroughly enjoyed making this quilt and have learnt loads in the process.  My apologies to my bee mates whose blocks went slightly askew during the quilting!
