Second Whimsy Union Jack block

Now you can see why I chose Whimsy.  Sardana has asked for a tutorial for this block so I'm thinking about it.  If enough people would be interested, I would be happy to give it a go!  Could be messy though.

    I love that union jack...you always think of 'red,white and blue', but it's lovely like that.

    A tutorial would be fab. I really love these blocks, but I find piecing fabrics like that to be intimidating! I love tutorials. :)

    Yes please to the tutorial - I too was inspired by the V&A but it would probably be years until I tried to work it out myself! Just think of all the effort you could save me!!! cheers Shev x
