From the moment I clapped my eyes on Indelible by Katarina Roccella for Art Gallery Fabrics, I loved it and started planning quilts for it in my head. I love the deer and tree prints in the collection and I love the whole palette.
I begged my way onto the Indelible blog hop despite the fact that I haven't yet made anything with the fabrics.
I do have a plan and a deadline for a quilt for Love Patchwork and Quilting Magazine but that will take place after the summer so for the moment all I can do is show you the fabrics I have plans for.
And because my mate Mandy is a whizz at making clothing (as well as making quilts), I asked Katarina if Mandy could road test one of the Indelible knits. Mandy chose the bird stencil print.
And she made this dress and described the Art Gallery knits as "a dream to sew with and such a lovely weight".

ReplyDeleteSwoooon! I have some indelible sitting in my online shopping cart just waiting for me to cave and admit that I really must have it! I'm amazed that it didn't happen super late last night, but I suspect its going to happen today!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing the quilt that you create.
I looooove this fabric line - really glad you posted it onto IG because that's the first I had seen of it. Just my colours and looks really versatile.
