Fresh Sewing Day and Small Blog Meet

February is here.  I have been flying under the quilt blogging radar since mid December and will continue to fly there until around the end of February.  I'm working working working on something but right now I can't say what it is and, frustratingly, I shouldn't really show you anything I've made.  So this isn't something I made this month which isn't going towards whatever secret project I'm not working on right now...

LST2

What about you?  What have you worked on this month?  Any finishes?  Maybe a mosaic of everything you've been doing?  One favourite thing?  Link up at the bottom of this post to share what you've been working on. If you do link up, how about visiting at least four of the other blogs who link up - two above you and two below you - and stopping to leave a comment as well as visiting back anyone who visits you. As always here's the button to grab.
Lily's Quilts
<div align="center"><a href="http://lilysquilts.blogspot.com/" title="Lily's Quilts"><img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-wq1RbuDPH10/UGiU7-dNjcI/AAAAAAAAFLk/X8vT4yp2Us0/s150/FSDB.png" alt="Lily's Quilts" style="border:none;" /></a></div>

And link up in the second linky if you are a blog with fewer than 50 followers and would like to get to know a few more people out there in blogland. Write a post about this feature, add this button and then link up.

Next go and visit and get to know at least four other linked blogs - starting with the two above you in the linkys and the two below you. Visit those blogs, leave a comment, click to follow and visit that blog regularly over the next few weeks. Visit more if you have the time. And also visit back any new bloggers who come to visit you and get to know them and their blogs.

  3. Gorgeous star! I hope all is going well with your secret project -- it's frustrating when you have no time to spare but nothing you can blog about...

  5. I knew you were up to something when you were so quiet - it just isn't like you - me yeah I've been up to some things too, but it's a pain not having an operational laptop at home........ and forgetting to bring photos to work to post. Hopefully later....
Waiting, impatiently, to see what you masterful creative skills are working on ;o)

  8. Oh I can't wait to hear what you're up to! Best of luck on whatever it is and if you ever need a hand testing anything out I might be able to help... lol. I always assume "cant show you" means something is being developed. :)

  13. So now I feel ignorant as, reading all the quilters' comments I understand you have quilted a star, which I love by the way. But to me it looks like a very big bang, Batman style.

  14. Love that star block. I am so into pinks and orange at the moment, just got loads of Joel Dewberry Notting Hill in those colours, can't wait to start cutting it up! Also lots of Chicopee which I can spot in that block. Wasn't sure about that one to start with but now I love it! Are you working on a book? I have failed again to take part in your fresh sewing day. I have nothing to show, won't get round to blogging as I'm off to Birmingham for the weekend, *sigh* I am a blogging failure at the moment!

  21. I really like that block you didn't show us for something you're not working on. ;-) Also, I'm impressed with the neatness of your centre, where all those seams come together--even hand piecing (which I do a lot of)I'm hard pressed to achieve such neatness! ♥
