107 entrants, 207 entries and some of the most creative ideas as well as beautiful Aurifil thread collections. As you know, the two original judges were Katy Ginger Monkey and Laura Quokka Quilts and when I needed a third judge, I turned to Anna from Eternal Maker and The Button Company since they are both Aurifil thread retailers (Eternal Maker) and wholesalers (The Button Company) so can get hold of anything for you, even if you can't instantly see it on the Eternal Maker website. In fact, for those of you with a taste for Aurifil collections, you can find quite a few right here. And on to the winners...
Chosen by Katy I'm a Ginger Monkey because this is the thread collection she would like to buy and because the top row of whites was, she said, "genius" was this "Workhorse" collection by Adrienne Little Bluebell:

Laura Quokka Quilts chose the Beginner's Toolbox put together by Alyce Blossom Heart as her winner, again because she would love to have this collection of threads.
And finally the one we've all been waiting for, the most creative collection. There were so many incredible mosaics in this category that I don't know how Anna from Eternal Maker made a final choice but, as she said, "Had to really, didn't I?". And this mosaic was put together by the British loon and queen of quilting that is Hadley Flying Blind on a Rocket Cycle.
Congratulations to all three winners, thank you to the judges and I will be contacting each of the winners to finalise details of the exact colours and weights of threads in your collections. And as always, a big thank you to Alex Veronelli from Aurifil who was generous enough to let me give away three thread sets - for anyone wondering, Hadley's mosaic is 12 pictures of Alex.
