I've p...I have a question about using Aurifil. I've purchased two of the 12-spool sets over the past year. The 40-wt pack works very well in my machine. The 50-wt shreds & breaks after sewing just a very short distance. My assumption would be to tighten the tension with that really thin thread, but I've also loosened it - all to no avail. Do you change your needle size (eye) with the smaller thread, too?
