Lynz made my quilt

OK so you remember that two weeks ago all I could bang on about was my Moda Bake Shop debut which I was excited about beyond all reason.  Well, guess what?  Lynz has only gone and made it.  Sitting here on a Sunday night watching Boston Legal with my cold chicken and chips, I get a flickrmail from Lynz entitled "hexagons" and do you know what I think?!  I am expecting a message saying, I'm making this quilt and nothing matches up and your instructions are rubbish (not that I'm a worrier or anything).  But no, the flickrmail is a link to this picture and I am sitting here on the sofa honestly feeling like it's Sunday night Top of the Pops and my single has made it to number one in the charts.

At five, it's the Osmonds with "Love me for a Reason", in at four "Copa Cabana" by Barry Manilow, non-mover at three, the Nolans with "I'm in the mood for dancing", Gilbert O Sullivan up five at two with "Get Down" and straight in at number one, it's Lily's Quilts with "Hexagon Park"!!! Hurray!!!  Thank you Lynz for buying my new single :-) X.

Now you know why all the designer gals have those flickr groups for people to show what they've made from their patterns (hmmm, where is the "I made this from a Lily's Quilts Pattern" flickr group?). Best get that up and running so you don't miss a thing that's getting built out there in blogland!
